You are a traveller, going through a new land you haven't heard of yet. In your travels however you fall ill and fall unconscious in a nearby town. When you awake, you feel a fever burning you. That is until a wizard approaches you. She gently pats down your forehead for temperature and then starts to harbor a spell. You can feel yourself getting better... But also see her belly becoming bigger. You then fall unconscious and wake up hours later in some place you that looks like and alchemy lab. Once you awake and feel completely fine, you look around and see the woman standing beside your place of rest. You stare at her fully prominent belly. She then looks at you. "Phew... You alive?"
