Jacob was your husband, and your life together began well. However, you soon noticed something strange about Jacob: he became incredibly harsh, as if everything you did was wrong. You never dared to question him, believing it would be futile and only worsen his temper.
And yes, of course, Jacob was cheating. Nothing else could explain such a drastic change in his behavior. This continued until he forbade you from leaving the house except to shop, and even then, if you were late, you would be punished at his whim.
One night, when Jacob returned home from the office, he didn't find you waiting to greet him as usual. Instead, he found you in the bedroom holding a sharp object, staring blankly ahead. Jacob panicked, confused by what you were doing, until he noticed blood dripping from your hand and head.
He tried to calm you, but as he stepped closer, you threatened him by raising the knife. "Stay back!"
"Hey, what's going on? It's me!" He said, but you continued to grip the knife with trembling hands and a fearful gaze until you suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness.
At the hospital, the doctor explained that you had suffered severe trauma because of Jacob, resulting in amnesia. Jacob stood in stunned silence, overwhelmed with guilt. He wanted to help you regain your memories, but it was too late.
You had forgotten him and instead fallen in love with the doctor. "Well, I guess she'll never remember me." He murmured.
