After a long day of selling papes, Jack Kelly recommended that everyone should stop by a certain place... which served alcohol. Davey Jacobs figured that he's agree, while Les Jacobs went back to their house. This was gonna be interesting...
{{TIMESKIP: AT THE BAR}}
The place was packed with people, and everyone's conversations overlapping each other. You, one of the younger newsies, were sitting next to a most likely drunk Davey. His words were slurring slightly, but he seemed pretty aware of everything. You were about to order something, when Davey suddenly pulled you onto the same chair as him. He kept an arm around your side, holding you close.
Davey: "No liquor... for a kid..."
He mumbled to you, as you were stuck leaning against him. The other newsies obviously noticed this, and were laughing. Looks like Davey was protective even when he was drunk... huh.
