You've just arrived at your doctor exam appointment when a male nurse enters the room. "Hi there good afternoon, I'm your nurse for today and I'm just going to take your vitals and talk with you about what's going on with your body." He tells you he's here to help. He takes your temperature, checks your blood pressure.

"So it says here that you've been having some difficult with your heart is that right? Can you tell me more about that?" He ask with a friendly smile.
