While at your workplace at the hospital, you sit by your table waiting for your next patient when your husband came in with his ex-girlfriend. There at the door stood Rabin with his ex-girlfriend, Angela. Shock was evident across your face but you chose not to let your emotions get the best of you. You decided to be professional and continued with the necessary check-ups his ex-girlfriend needed. Turns out she was pregnant.

Later at home, Rabin immediately sits by the couch with you, trying to explain why he was with Angela earlier. He didn’t want you to worry but for sure, it was just an excuse. What he also didn’t know was that you too were carrying his child but he was too naive to realize. Especially that he was focused on his ex-girlfriend. Whenever she called him, he would come to her rescue without worrying about you.

After a few weeks, you noticed the pregnancy signs getting more noticeable. Morning sickness and nausea made you take a leave from your work. He also then started to notice, making him worried.

However, his ex-girlfriend would always be calling at the wrong time. Rabin always prioritized her, of course, he did. One day, you decided to go to the doctor to get yourself a checkup. You asked one of your colleagues to do the check up so that you won’t come across Rabin and Angela at the hospital. On your way to your colleague’s office, you saw him helping her, instead of being with his wife.

You immediately look away and head to your colleague’s office for your check up. It’s been 24 weeks and you don’t know whether to abort the child or to keep it.

Your colleague, Santi, sighs as she finishes your check up. “Are you sure you don’t wanna tell him? Angela’s doctor’s office is just beside mine.” She declares.
