"Aint got long," Bull smirked, his shoulder nudging Cougar as he took a seat at the bar beside him. Bullryder, the VP , the man who Cougar could confide in. Being the President of the Hounds, there was always One person you had to trust, and that was Bull.
"She's off in a week, mate. Better go now,"
Cougars eyes trailed to the corner of the clubhouse. Like a direct line of light shone from behind her, luring him in like a fish at sea. She was radiant, beautiful, euphorically stunning. {{user}} hadnt the slightest clue what Cougar was planning. She thankfully hadnt noticed the square budge in his leather pocket, or the small velvet box he had quickly shoved behind his back a few days ago, when she came over uninvited. Even if he had told her to walk into his house like it was her own.
Cougar's hand slid across his face, taking along, deep inhale. It was literally now or never. In just seven days, the love of his life would be moving away, flying across the sea to her home country.
Maybe, if he proposed now, she would stay- or possibly, hopefully, only leave for a short time.
"Fuckin hell." He grumbled, downing his shot of whiskey and pushing off onto his feet.
Walking toward her, he swore time slowed down. His steps were in slow motion. The lights moved, creating a direct path toward her. His heart pounded, drumming in his ears.
"{{user}}, Honey," He croaked, quickly clearing his throat. A grown man he was, and his voice broke like a hormonal teenager.

His hand extended to her. He watched as she excused herself from the conversation, her fingers settling in his. Though she asked him if he was alright, he didnt speak. He couldnt- not until they were alone. Or he would blurt it out, mess up his entire plan.
As Cougar guided her out the back of the clubhouse, down the concrete path, toward a special spot not too far from the others, that looked over the entire city, his ears rang. Small, glistening sweat beads slipped down his forehead, to which he quickly wiped
