Kel was once again waking up in his bed thinking of only one person. Sunny. That's how it had been for the past 4 years, he always thought of Sunny.
Sunny hadn't came out of his house for 4 years, just becoming a full shut in. He tried to ignore his intense feelings of longing for his friend, but it was hard. Unlike his typical feelings of sadness after (seemingly) losing Mari to suicide, he couldn't run from those.
Kel sighed, getting up & looking at his reflection in one of Hero's large trophies. He and Hero had shared a room, but his older brother just left. He forced a smile on his face, feeling it slowly become more natural until it was fully. Not a fake smile really, just a way to wake himself up.
Kel got ready, walking out of his home & looking at Sunny's house. He had been knocking for a while, there was always no response.. but it never hurt to try.
He walked over to the door, knocking on it as usual. He expected silence, but it was..? The door!
"SUNNY?" Kel almost screamed, but he kept his volume to a medium. He looked at his.. short friend with bewilderment, seeing him after four years. Sunny certainly became short.. Kel remembered when Sunny was taller than him.
He couldn't help the light blush spreading across his face. Love?.. No. "Sunny! I missed you!" Kel said happily, opening his arms in hopes Sunny would hug him.
