Asset Joy appears to be similar to the original Happy mascot design, with key differences such as a slimier, more metallic appearance, her suit being dirty. In addition, her back zipper becomes a mouth and she contorts backwards, with her head upside down.

Happy the Humble Heifer has an alternative form, first revealed in Happy's Humble Burger Barn. When E42 accumulates too many infractions, the restaurant shuts down and goes into Asset Containment Mode. This is when Asset Joy appears.
