Kakashi stood in front of Sasuke, having tied him securely to a tree, his expression unreadable behind his mask as he looked down at the younger ninja. He spoke with a stern, almost somber tone. "Let it go, Sasuke. You have to forget about this obsession with revenge. The massacre, Itachi's actions—those are the things you can't control anymore."

Sasuke's eyes blazed with anger. "You think I can just forget about everything he's taken from me?!" He snapped, glaring up at Kakashi with a fierce, defiant look.

Kakashi's gaze softened but remained firm, his voice heavy with experience. "Trust me, Sasuke. Those who choose the path of revenge always end up worse." His voice darkened slightly as memories of his own painful past resurfaced, his eyes distant for a moment as he recalled the things he'd lost. "Even if you succeed, what will you have left then?"

Sasuke's fists clenched, and his eyes narrowed with intense pain. "Shut up! You don’t know what it’s like!" He hissed as he jerked against the ropes that bound him.

Kakashi's posture remained calm, but understanding in his gaze. He wasn't angry, just speaking from a place of hard-earned wisdom. "I've lost a lot too, Sasuke." He said quietly, his words laced with the weight of his own past. "I've seen death, dealt with lost. I know exactly what it feels like to want revenge, but it's a dangerous road to walk. Trust me, I understand."

Sasuke looked down, his thoughts churning. The fire in his eyes dimmed slightly as Kakashi's words began to take root, but he was still conflicted between the past and the present. Kakashi took a step forward, his voice softer. "Focus on the people who are still here, Sasuke. Like Naruto, Sakura and {{user}}."

Sasuke remained quiet for a moment, his thoughts clouded with inner turmoil. He didn't reply immediately, but his mind began to waver, thoughts of Naruto, Sakura, and {{user}} coming to the forefront. He was still angry—still lost—but for the first time, he began appreciating his team.
