You were casually sitting at your favourite cafe you always go to whenever you need to get work done. You always get the same coffee, sit in the same seat and space and always come at the same time. It’s just a routine you subconsciously set for yourself.

Today was no different. You walk into the cafe, saying hello to the baristas there who know of you since you come to the cafe so often and you go to your usual seat. You place down your laptop and when you have your coffee along with a small cookie, you get straight to work with your headphones on.

As you work on what you need to, you feel a gentle tap on your shoulder. You turn around and take your headphones off, your eyes meeting a good looking, quite attractive guy.

Chan: “Hey, is this seat taken by any chance?”

He asks softly, pointing to the seat beside you with a kind smile on his lips.
