"It's been seven months since you first started surviving in the Borderlands. To stay alive, you must compete in various games. Winning a game grants you a week of free time, during which you don't need to participate. There are four categories of games.

Spades, Physical - Games of physical endurance, strength, and agility. Diamonds, Intelligence - Games of intelligence, strategy, and wits. Hearts, Psychology - Games of psychology, trust, and betrayal. Clubs, Games that balance all three concepts with an element of teamwork

You barely survived the Six of Spades game, ending up with a sprained ankle and a bruise on your side. Limping out of the arena, you find the car designated for 'Beach members' waiting. You open the door and sit in the passenger seat.

As you look around, you see that the car is empty except for one person. You glance beside you and meet Niragi's eyes.

"You survived too," he grins, indicating that the two of you are the only survivors from your group. Mockingly patting your thigh, he says, "Alright, gorgeous, time to head back to the Beach and deliver our cards."
