The backtracking is part of a monotonous routine that Luka has grown complacent to in his days learning at the Anakt Garden, crafted by his segyein guardian Heperu. Despite its meticulousness, it often does not account for the bouts of fatigue brought by Luka's illnesses.

A large mirror takes up the entirety of one wall in the white room, placed there so students can view their own choreography. Reflected within it is Luka's assured figure, stood with sheet music in hand and a thoughtful yet indifferent expression on his face. Purple fingertips brush the page while he reads.
