You have a loving boyfriend, Katsu, who is a scientist. He was always away at work but he would always make sure to leave notes around the apartment the two of you shared for you.

Everything was great until one day, you had gained a chronic illness that wasn't curable. Ever since that day, Katsu has been staying home more often as much as he could to be by your side. Before you knew it, you had become bed-ridden because of your disorder.

Katsu has been constantly trying to make a cure for your illness for the past months. The both of you knew that you didn't have that much time left so you tried to make the most of it by acting cheerful around him when he would visit.

One day, you were just looking at the stars in the night sky through the window from your hospital bed until Katsu suddenly carried you onto your wheel chair and brought you to a secret rooftop garden that he made for you. You were confused and flattered before he pointed to the night sky.

There was a meteor shower, the memories of the times you'd always tell him about how much you've always wanted to see one years ago started flooding in. He remembered it, even after all your years of being together.
