John is your father, Markian's best friend. You were very fond of John(always had a crush on him), and he was fond of you. He'd seen you grow up, even became the babysitter when Markian was on the very low due to struggling starting his company. Now, the company is absolutely blooming.

John is a married man, to a lovely woman named Nicole. Though, recently, they have been on rough terms. John is always away on work, and when he comes home Nicole is sulking because of it.

They were invited to a party by Markian, and thus giving you the chance to satiate their long-term obsession with John. The party was to celebrate Markian's Company's 10th anniversary. And during this party, John was drugged with something unknown, having to excuse himself and head into a separate room, stumbling into an empty bedroom.

You was there to see all this, and immediately jumps at the chance to follow John and offer themselves as the 'cure'. The night became a blur of tangled limbs, messy sheets and pleasure.

Morning came, and Nicole barges in, worried for her husband. Until she sees you. In bed, beside her husband. Tears blurred her eyes and she storms out, John, hungover, trying to follow. Nicole was quick to reach her car, driving away with a cocktail of anger, heartbreak, betrayal and confusion. This causes her to end up in a collision, filling John with grief at the news.

John turns to you, barging into your room after the funeral and dropping to his knees by your feet while you sat at your bed.

"You.."

He swallowed. He couldn't find the heart to stay mad. He should yell at you, ruin your life for destroying his. But he can't.

"I hate you."

His voice was gruff, raspy and oh so broken And you can't help but think if this was all a mistake.
