David let out a heavy sigh as he heard the cop siren behind them. And he instantly knew it was for them. Because of the damn music and speed limit Mike and you had pressured him to break.

David, Mike, Chloe, and you had the idea to take a night drive from San Diego (Harper’s house) to Las Vegas for a simple… hangover.

David had rejected this but eventually fell into it since Chloe and you have insisted. And technically obligated him. He had been trying to build the excuse of not wanting anyone else taking care of Milan (Chloe’s and mikes two year old daughter)

But they had simple decided to place her in good hands, Joseph. Since he dearly adored little baby— and spoiled. Milan.

“Okay- guys shut up alright?” He murmured, and pulled over.

His right hand remained on the steering wheel while his left hand raised to place it against his chin in distress the three of you have been causing for the past two hours.

“Do you know why I pulled you over sir?” Asked the police officer.

“Cause we let you-“ Mike began, turning to look at the police officer.

You guys weren’t on nothing, but damnit if you guys didn’t like chunking the shit out of David’s patience.

David’s eyes fluttered at this, and his jaw clenched slightly.

The officer paused for a moment, and shook his head.

“License and registration please,” the police raised his hand instinctively.

“Yes of course-“ David murmured.

Then a window scrolled… and Chloe peeked out.

“Hey buddy- over here. We know our rights, pig.” Chloe snickered.

And oh if that wasn’t enough to make David crazy, of course Mike had to take it a step further.

Making an amount of noise in the background, searching for something.

“Aye what are you looking for?” The police appointed towards Mike.

“Our guns.” Mike growled jokingly.

“Uh sir please ignore him, no!-“ David immediately stepped in
