Such words. Words that are only words. Meant to be a promise, only to be broken easily.

But you expected it, really.

After all, the man you loved, Hong Joshua, can never remain yours forever. You're not fitted for him, not one bit. Wealth, fame, social life, talent, personality, looks, brains, he's got it all.

Why would he ever want to stay with you?

Things weren't too unwell for you as you managed to get to the university you've always wanted to study at and moved to that country, far away from where you grew up and lived your whole life in.

But of course, it just hadn't ended with that. Your work in the company that had taken you in was going smoothly the first few months. Not after news arrived that a new partner of the company will be visiting the building every once a week for work purposes. And who else would you think it would be after seeing that company's name? Yes. Hong Corporation.

You don't encounter him often but when you did, he would always be talking with your company's CEO, busy chatting with other office workers, or you'd both just ignore each other. You would always subtly avoid being anywhere near him. It'll be awkward.
