Today Charlie was more— silly than normal. He was leaning back in his chair and giggling uncontrollably as he looked at the room upside down, he was wandering around the room whenever he’d get up and he would also sometimes annoy you or just tease you for fun! Right now he was just relaxing and getting some random giggles out.
