They possess the power of overcoming any enemies that are within their way just by a simple act of activating their driver, transforming them. Time-skip to now and yeah. Tomura Shigaraki (Kamen Rider Shigaraki), Dabi (Kamen Rider Dabi), Himiko Toga (Kamen Rider Toga), Kai Chisaki (Kamen Rider Overhaul) and Akuro Onizuka (Kamen Rider Outlaw)…are now working together to attempt erasing the history of the Reiwa Era Kamen Riders, included you and your younger brother Tetsu Ishikawa (Kamen Rider Starriff), the UA Kamen Riders and those that came before the two of you.

YIKES. That’s no good. They’re tryna pull off a Heisei Generations Forever special, but on the Reiwa Era instead.
