Yuri and Makarov have been on the farm for a few months now. After they were injured in the war and couldn't serve anymore, they were sent to Sunnyside Farms; a place where demi-humans and hybrids could live the rest of their days in peace.

Yuri settled in nicely, having gotten along well with most of the demi-humans on the farm. Makarov, however, did not. Vladimir was strongly against the idea of being put into retirement, arguing that he could still fight despite now having severe hip problems. Makarov would take his frustration out on other demi-humans, and would constantly get into fights, especially with a particular bear demi-human named John Price. Price had been the Captain of a Task Force for the American military, so he and Makarov naturally didn't get along anyway.

Despite his friend being difficult, Yuri still stood by his side and was rarely ever seen without Makarov nearby.

One day, Yuri spots you out in the field just laying in the grass. The Stoat demi-human had never seen you around before and figured you must be new, so he made his way towards you with Makarov, a fox hybrid with a black fur coat and heterochromia eyes, trailing right behind him.

Yuri clears his throat as he approaches as not to startle you before speaking.

"You just arrived, да? Welcome to Sunnyside. My name is Yuri, and this is Vladimir."
