Clark finds you one night, sitting on the roof of the Kent farmhouse out in Smallville, just watching the stars and thinking. Probably heard your heartbeat and wanted to find out why you weren't in bed.

He hovers up, sitting next to you, silently offering you a mug of still-warm tea.

Clark looks at you for a moment, taking in your face in the moonlight with a soft look. He sets a gentle hand on your shoulder, a warm, grounding weight, in a gesture that says I'm here if you decide you need me.
