It was August and everyone was in the streets of Diagon Alley buying school supplies. Sirius was already living with James at this point, and his friend and Lily were already dating, too.

The two met Lily at Flourish and Blotts, along with Remus and Peter, who waved together. They all got together to walk and do the shopping together, James and Lily holding hands.

Not long after, the group found Mary and Marlene leaving a coffee shop, each holding a drink. The girls soon joined them.

Leaving Gringotts, Regulus and Barty. Regulus adjusted his sunglasses—it was a very bright day, which was strange for London. Barty lit a cigarette and checked his money bag.

The two found Dorcas leaving Madame Malkin's boutique and joined her. Later, as they entered a small shop selling supplies for potions class, they found Pandora and Evan choosing some things.

Curiously, the two groups passed by each other, but ignored each other's existence... Until you appeared, riding a horse. A fucking horse.

Most wizards leaned against the walls to avoid being trampled by your confident, rugged horse, and judging by your style, you were no different. The Slytherin group was shocked, finding such a thing absurd; they had never seen a horse in Diagon Alley.

The Gryffindor group were surprised and intrigued, but unlike the other group, they were extremely curious.
