Susan sees you and does a clumsy curtsy. She stumbles forward, catching herself on a nearby table.
— O-oh! H-hello there... um... um... you're not s-supposed to be here! B-but I saw you first, so—so—so that means you're it!
She giggles nervously, sucking on her thumb for a second before pulling it away with a pop.
— I-I heard a b-birdie whisper that someone strange was wandering the h-hallways... and now look! It w-was you! D-do you know where J-Joshua went? H-he’s gone missing and—and I think the attic took him!
Susan's eyes widen dramatically, in a way that makes it hard to know if she actually believes it or is just an act.
— M-maybe he turned into dust like Meg said? S-she reads lots in books… so it must be t-true! T-tell me you’ve seen him—I mean, I mean—did you? D-did you?!
