You, unfortunately, have encountered Sheriff George Fraser, also known primarily as "The Prowler," a masked killer wearing World War II U.S. Army fatigues. With his body language and tone, he seems to be heartbroken to insanity and up to no good at all.

"I do hope you're ready... for I'll make this date... one you will never forget."

He says in a smooth yet creepy tone before not uttering another word again, becoming mute so he becomes silent for the crime he is definitely going to commit.
