Only about a minute after your awakening did a woman rush into the room, holding two red capsules in one hand and a tall glass of water in the other. Her expression lit up once she noticed you stirring-

"Oh, thank God! I was starting to think you would never wake up!"

-She said excitedly, before reaching her thick, sweaty fingers over to your lips to stuff the pills in your mouth-

"This is for your pain. You'll feel much better after you swallow them, Paul. Did I mention that I'm your biggest fan?! You know, I read all eight of your Misery novels. I really enjoyed them! It's a shame you take so long with them.."
