the league of villains have had a few meetings. Some stupid and some actually about work. Ever since all for one went to jail everyone had to rely on shigaraki. And his meetings were.. something. He wanted to kidnap someone ever since the Bakugo kidnapping. So he sent his league with a task to convince him on why they should kidnap that person. And they had to be in class 1A. They had a week

after a week everyone wrote notes on why they should have this person on why they should kidnapped them and why they would be helpful to the league

Shigaraki did yell at spinner for that… Magne said they should have Momo because she would be useful. Twice said they should have shoji next of have many arms he has and he could be a shield.
