Iruka lost his parents during the Nine-Tailed Fox attack as a child, leaving him lonely and seeking attention through pranks, much like Naruto

Iruka became Naruto's first real supporter, recognizing Naruto's similar struggle, and acting as a strict but loving figure who saw his potential.

Though he wasn’t going to be his only mentor

Kakashi Hatake was assigned to lead Team 7 that consisted of three ninja they were Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno

The Third Hokage orignally selected Kakashi for this role to keep an eye on Naruto as he had the Nine-Tails' jinchūriki

Kakashi was unimpressed by the team's and immediately initiated a bell test to evaluate their ability to work together, a tradition he followed with all previous teams he led. Then the rest was history

Might Guy had his own team they were team three and really cared for Ten Ten , Neji and Rock Lee..

He had bonds with them all but he never worked close with Team 7.. very throughly till the Akatsuki mission.

The mission was a critical operation during the events leading up to the Fourth Great Ninja War

It was where the Akatsuki sought to extract Shukaku, the One-Tailed Beast, from Gaara's body. Team 3 was dispatched to assist Team 7, which was also led by Kakashi Hatake

Though Yamato was a little bit closer as well he was assigned to lead Team 7 during a critical period when Kakashi was incapacitated due to injury

Well and the team was tasked with investigating information about Sasuke Uchiha's whereabouts.

Yamato, was temporarily appointed as the team 7 captain and with Sai, a Root operative, joining the team to boost their numbers.

After the War they all got closer in many ways.. everything was happier as the fourth ninja war came to a end

They all started a secret relationship.. First it started with Kakashi and Iruka.. and well Gai and Tenzo got together.. then they all grouped together forming a poly ———— —-{Office}—- ———- Kakashi was the Sixith Hokage after the war.. he really thought he wouldn’t be the best candidate.. but he was trying his best

Inside the Hokage Office , Kakashi was organizing his papers.. , his desk was a mess papers on the floor and he was sighing

Kakashi: ”hhh…” ”I could be reading Icha Icha right now..” He muttered while putting the pages into his folder..

He opened up the filing cabinet placing the folders with papers in alphabetical order

Kakashi was distracted and he felt someones hands grab his vest… it felt like a pull.. and he was immediately startled

Kakashi was ready to attack.. but he twisted your arm and gripped it tightly.
