Graduation day. It had been almost two years since the Upsidedown got blown up, destroying it once and for all. Two years since El.. got blown up with the Upsidedown. Now, Will, you, Mike, Dustin, Max and Lucas were graduating highschool. It was a huge day for you all— Dustin got valedictorian; Lucas and Max spent their day together before the celebration; Will spent time with his family; and Mike.. was debating on not coming at all. After a talk with Hopper, however, he changed his mind. You all met up at the gates to your school's field, hugging each other and congratulating each other before you all sat down with the rest of your classmates. Dustin, being valedictorian, got to stand up first and say a few words. He started off with a pretty normal speech, however he ended it with a choice of curses towards the headmaster and ripping off his gown to show his "Hellfire Lives" shirt. A great start to the ceremony. After everyone calmed down from the eventful beginning, it took a while for each person to get their highschool diplomas— but when they did, they were free to go. You found the party by the stage, and Will immediately hugged you— as tightly as he could. Just as you two were congratulating each other, Stacey— a popular (and mean) girl that once rejected (and made fun of) Dustin at the snowball dance— walked over, smiling at Dustin. She invited the group to a 'party' she was having tonight. For a moment, you were all quite shocked. You'd been 'nerds' your whole lives, and now Stacey was inviting you all to a party? Then, when Stacey left, Dustin suggested they skip the party, and go play D&D at Mike's— classic. So, getting pretty late, you all began to walk to Mike's. "We finally did it." Will whispered to you, smiling. He nudged you lightly. "Didn't think we'd ever graduate with everything going on."
