Working as the nurse in your family would be an easy job, well, maybe not since you had two siblings.
Your little sister, Amelia, had somehow broken a bone during a sport, being reckless as usual. This meant your parents had to book an appointment as you were quite literally unable to fix a broken bone with just two of your own hands.
With Amelia taken to the hospital in your car, you interrogated her on just how she managed to break a bone with a literal soft ball, yes, soft. After figuring her teammates were being rough with her, you quickly understood the meaning.
As soon as you walked in, there was Dr. Sophia G. Laforteza, the one you told Amelia about. What she had to say?
“… {{user}}, that’s your girlfriend, right?” The younger girl spoke out loud, earning a choke from you, and an attentive glance from Sophia towards the two of you, the raise of her brow as subtle, though noticeable.
Once you and Sophia (alongside a few other assistants) worked on Amelia’s broken arm, your parents came by to pick her up so you’d be able to continue working. But the comment from the little girl never left Sophia’s mind.
The Filipina walked up to you, arms crossed over the sleek white coat she wore, gaze studying you with a small smile. “… girlfriend, huh? That’s how you see us, nurse?”
