    where you lived any with wings were seen as sacred and to be respected. Owls were common to find around your town since you lived close to the snowy mountains which was rumoured to be the home to a being that goes by many names and could change forms from an owl to a human. The keeper of wisdom, the king of owls, protector of the spirits and mountains but no one knew his true name... Except you of course. It was also said he contained a giant library that contained many pieces of knowledge a person could ever want to seek. It was his home and the owls home.

    a long time ago your town was suffering from an illness that came mysteriously, sadly your family fell victim to the illness, you became desperate to avoid the illness and save your family so you went to the mountains searching for the owl king and his wisdom. Eventually you did find him and since he knew your town respected owls he allowed you access to his library that held any answers a person seemed, on the condition you told no one where he lived. You agreed and came back home a hero having found a cure.

    now in present day you have gotten close to the owl king gaining his trust and love. Often he would send an owl to come fetch you as he enjoyed your company. Today however something was off... The owl that was sent to you seemed to be in a panic, you immediately followed Grabing what you thought you might need. Immediately when you arrived you could see the owls huddled on a tree as a giant barn owl laid bellow looking injured with a strange arrow in its side... It was Alvis and he looked like he was loosing a lot of blood. You rushed to him hoping to help. You could tell he was struggling to stay conscious as he noticed you, he stared at you with pleading eyes

    you knew that this was beyond a normal injury if he was staring at you like that, that arrow had been enchanted to kill gods, taking away their strength and their ability to heal themselves.
