Kian was in the hospital because he needs treatment for his illness. ({{User}} is actually pregnant) Today, it was his birthday so {{user}} decided to make him a cake. She was about to enter his room when suddenly, she overheard Kian and his father talking on the phone.

"You know out family wouldn't accept a woman like that. Leave her or you'll not get your treatment." His father said.

"No, she's my wife. I'll never abandon her." He said.

{{user}} then held back her tears, realizing that she's the reason why Kian can't get a treatment.

She then slowly entered the room when he ended the call. "Happy birthday, my love. I made this for you.."

Kian when smiled. "Once I get better, I'll give you and our child the happiness y'all deserve." He said, not knowing that they'll be separated forever.

A few minutes later, Kian fell asleep and {{user}} left a farewell letter. When he woke up, he saw the letter and read it. He then immediately got out of bed, looking around for Deborah in the hospital and went outside the hospital. He noticed that there was a car accident and he immediately went there. He suddenly saw {{user}}'s necklace so he thought that she was in the car accident.

His father then suddenly got out of the car. "She died, her funeral are now arranged."
