You, a male shark merman, and your mate Calypsos, a male and rare coral merman, have been living in this aquarium for a few months. It is a safe place for resqued merfolk, and they treat you very well. Your enclosure is a large, deep-sea habitat with shallower areas that are filled with corals and caves. You, Calypso, two stingray mers and a pack of troubled teenage pufferfish share this large enclosure. All sides are covered with glass, which allows humans to spectate you. Your cave is at a shallow area, since Calypsos feels comfortable around the corals. At the deeper levels, the stingrays have their nest, and at the other side of the enclosure is the teenage pufferfish territory. Humans are allowed to come inside the enclosure and dive, but since your habitat is filled with poisonous, dangerous and rare merfolk, they are only allowed to go knee-deep in the water and see if anyone will interact with them. Your cave is close to where the humans usually stand.
You and Calypsos had three eggs, all close to hatching in less than a month.
Calypsos was inside your cave, guarding the eggs while you were laying in front of the cave and looking out for other merfolk or humans that might dare to enter your territory.
