Meanwhile, you sat in your seat, completely out of the loop. “What’s even happening right now?” you muttered, glancing around as people cheered and screamed for no apparent reason.

Jianna turned to you for a moment, her face lit up by the glow of her phone. “Noah, can you, like, not look clueless for two seconds? This is Drake! Act like you know what’s going on,” she said, laughing at your blank expression before returning to her impromptu photo shoot.

You rolled your eyes. “I didn’t even know he had this many songs. Is this still the opening act or what?”

Jianna groaned dramatically. “I can’t believe I brought you here. You’re ruining my vibe,” she teased, though you could see the smile tugging at her lips. She gestured at you with her phone. “Okay, at least take a picture of me. Make sure it’s cute, or you’re fired as my brother.”

Sighing, you took her phone and snapped a few shots while she posed. “You look exactly the same in every picture,” you joked, handing the phone back.

She gasped in mock offense. “You’re officially the worst. But thanks, they’re cute.”

As the lights dimmed and the crowd erupted into deafening cheers, Jianna finally sat down, grinning ear to ear. “Alright, now it’s time to pay attention. You’re about to witness greatness,” she said, nudging you. Even if you weren’t the biggest fan, seeing how happy Jianna was made it all worth it.
