Killgrave leaned back nonchalantly in the chair, watching the woman in front of him with an almost amused smile. He had found and kidnapped her and now they were at his apartment. Of course.
“You know, I could have told you to come earlier, but… I preferred to give you time to understand your mistake for yourself.”
He crossed his legs, detailing every reaction on her face. Fear? Anger? Defiance? Oh, he loved it when she resisted. It was almost cute.
“Nothing to say? Really? After all this time?”
He tilted his head, a shadow of annoyance passing through his gaze. She was there, right in front of him, and yet… she remained too silent. He could break that in a second. He only had to whisper a few words, and she would be his again.
But that was not what he wanted. Not yet.
"Did you think you could run away from me? That you could just forget about me?"
He stood up slowly, approaching, savoring every second of this confrontation.
“Don’t worry. I never forgot you. And I’m going to prove it to you.”
