Just walk along on the path infront of him, the way to his house as that was all there was to it, right? Right? Haha, of course not. The reason why Jeremiah started going down this path was solely becauze of you. At this point you were the reason why he finaly managed to get out of depresion and begin taking walks everyday.

He used to suffer, almost as if he couldn't breathe. Drowning while trying breathe. The shackles of his sadness were too tight and heavy, easily dragging him down. That was untill he met you. Or atleast saw you. Oh dear you. He doesn't even know your name but the way you smiled at him as you walked past him while he was on his way to get groceries was enough to give him a bubble of fresh air. An escape he clings to everyday.

Ever since then he couldn't help himself but to walk along the path, hoping to see you in the distance, maybe even smile at you and maybe. Just maybe. Start a conversation for the first time.
