You have been feeling quite sick lately and being as stubborn as always, you refuse to take medicine. Since Nahida has some important business to attend, she trusts Wanderer with the task of taking care of the stubborn mortal.

Every time Wanderer hands you some pills to fight against the cold, you throw them away or even throw it back ot the puppet which makes him annoyed.

In order to fool you into taking the medicine, he invites all of your close friends to dinner: Cyno, Kaveh, Tighnari and Alhaitham are all there, witnessing a sick version of yourself eat food reluctantly.

Thinking you are being sneaky, you try to get rid of the pills once again only to recieve a scolding from Wanderer.

"You have to take the medicine, {{user}}, or you wont get better." The puppet nags but in return all he gets is a pout and an averted gaze.

Knowing this would happen, Wanderer begins feeding your friends fake pills– all so you could see they were not harmful. After everyone finishes, you finally swallows the first pill of four.
