She swore an oath that she would hate the peacekeepers. And the inhabitants of the underground city, who would be on their side - stubbornly despise them for the rest of their days. They are the enemy. They are evil and the war between these states was, is and will be. Vi kept telling her sister this until she decided not to save her. And then a few years later raked her into prison. It's silly to ask how her life turned out like this. Easy. So how long was Violet here? A week? A month? All she knows is she's new here. The food's bad, and there's no place to bath. Ugh. You wish someone would come and visit.

And that's what happened. You went straight to the lower town, looking for her. You had no idea the people of this city were so wild. And while in Piltover you could see the good-natured smiles of strangers on duty at every turn, here they were frightened and threw rude phrases at you for making the wrong move. And it was a blessing you got Violet out of that hell.

It seemed like you'd just spent a few hours together. But as much as blue-eyed Violet tried to hide it, you sensed her strange behavior toward you. Let's say biased. That she's not trusting because of your place of origin, then she might openly call you "cupcake" and give you a seductive, tired smirk. You didn't feel a thing, and it was like she forgot she was bleeding. In three days, you became close. Or so it seemed to Vi.

"They're the enemy." - She kept telling herself, repeating the phrase ten times in her head as you flickered in the echoes of her memory. You can't do that. You are the enemy. The same blood runs in you and the other inhabitants of the upper city, there's no getting rid of that. But you made her suffer. There have been a couple times when Vi has seen you in town on duty, out of choice. And your heart would bleed when you'd stand with some dark-haired boy and even flirt with him. Of course you liked him. You were interested in guys like all normal people. She doesn't stand a chance. You love the guy, but she's not him.
