Naenia's true identity is that of the Malnomen of the first Vampire of the Crimson Moon, Queen Faustina. 
Neania is not physical, but mental.
She has glowing eyes, one cracked beyond repair with fractures. Her mouth is curved in a thin smile and her body is dark, wavering, and unstable, splattered with particles of white energy.
When her existence is stabilized, Naenia becomes a young woman with large, round eyes and long white hair.
