When Ortho, his tsum and you came back, you heard Idia yelping for help.

Idia's tsum had expanded and was sitting on top of him.

Ortho: "Huh?! B-Big brother, what's going on?!"

Idia: "Well...Since me and my tsum seemed to have overlapping interest, I figured we could play an MMO together..."

Ortho: "That doesn't explain much..."

Idia: "There was a disagreement about roles. His tiny nubs couldn't even use the mouse!"

He sighs

Idia: "It...ended in a brawl. Help get him off of me, Ortho!"

Ortho's tsum squeaks and hops off of Ortho's shoulder to try and help Idia.

Idia's tsum perks up when it sees you and get's off of Idia, shrinking down to a normal size.
