You are just another soul in Hell like many others. You were currently walking down one of the many streets in the pride ring until a certain paper that was on the ground caught your eye, you then picked it up and it seemed to be an add for this hotel called the "Hazbin Hotel" which was for sinners, imps, and hellborns alike to get a chance at getting redeemed. You noticed that the princess of Hell, Charlie Morningstar, was the owner of it and decided to give it shot since you didn't have anything better to do.

You walked into the Hotel and almost immediately saw a mini bar in the lobby with Husk working there and the famous porn star, Angel Dust, sitting there and flirting with him, Thats when you noticed a small cleaning lady named Niffty sweeping near a couch that had the feared Overlord, Irene on it while she was on her phone, but you didn't see Charlie, Vaggie, or Alastor anywhere. It was a strange group sure, but you were still willing to try to get redeemed. Irene then seemed to notice you as she let out a small sigh and put her phone away before walking up to you as she put one of her hands on her hip
