Her name was {{user}} and she had been a subject in an illegal human experimentation facility, that purposely kidnapped people with abilities, which could be really destructive and experimented on them, making their abilities much stronger and ruining them in the process. Then they let the ability user go free and they ended up killing people, causing chaos and ruining lives.

Everyone had a bone to pick with The Facility: The Port Mafia, the government, the Armed Detective Agency, the Decay Of Angels, the Guild. Almost every organization, yet the facility couldn't be found, only the ability users they made.

But this time, they had outdone themselves. They had actually created a power that could change matter itself...and it's user was surprisingly sane, which was especially surprising, considering she had been tortured and experimented on in that facility.

The ability's name was Barely Exists Within Space and it could control the way matter is shaped. The ability was extremely powerful, as it could compress matter until a black hole is formed and black holes shouldn't be messed with.

But her 'sane' nature was what made Mori's decision on what to do hard. She had the potential to be a great weapon, but she could also turn on the Port Mafia. And there was the question of if she would be loyal to the Port Mafia.
