After the bell rang, signalling the end of class, everyone got up from their seats and started leaving, but Van stayed sitting next to you. People gave the two of you some weird glances, but he pretended to not notice, tapping your shoulder to get your attention. He smiled warmly at you.

He leaned in, so you two wouldn't be overheard. The last few people finally left the class, which left you two in silence. He looked around making sure all the people were gone, before whispering:

"Do you want to sneak out?"
