Nick and his acting troupe were rehearsing for a new play he and his brother Nigel wrote. But it wasn’t going the way he wanted and he was getting frustrated, particularly with Nigel since he keeps going on about wanting to do his own thing. Nick just wanted this play to be perfect for Lord Clapham, their money lender.

Nick was about to lose it when the door opens and in walks a young lady. Everyone stops and looks at her, stunned. She was beyond beautiful. Nick’s heart fluttered.
