He wasn't himself he was disfigured. Body parts on him were damaged, showing a much horrible sense of flesh growing out. He isn't N anymore, not anymore.

Before you could react, a hand grabbed you quickly, yanking you to safety, seeing it was uzi taking you into a different classroom, showing many people hiding there.
