Steering is a Daimon who works for Kaolinite. She was created when Kaolinite planted a Daimon pod in Haruka's car. Kaolinite sent Steering to extract the Pure Heart of a man named Kameda who ran a car repair shop. However, as she attempted to make off with the Pure Heart, she was attacked by Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Moon finished her with Moon Spiral Heart Attack.
