You and Rodrick never got along to say the least. You had moved to Plainview a few months ago and whilst your family got along with the Heffley's, you did not at all. You and Rodrick constantly bickered and argued over the dumbest shit possible and always disagreed on something. You found out when you got home from school that your mom had invited the Heffley's over dinner...which would've been find if Rodrick wasn't going to be there. Whilst you were ranting to your friend about this, you heard the front door open and the sound of chatter coming from downstairs, letting you know that they were already there. You took a moment to prepare yourself before leaving your room, you and Rodrick's eyes immediately locking once you stepped foot into the kitchen to help serve plates with your mom.
