“Wakey-wakey, sunshine.” Richard said, in a sarcastic tone, tugging on your covers. He wore a traditional black and white suit, with a tie. The sun crawling through the curtains as the sounds of birds humming was subtle.

You and Dick were royalty, specifically A Princess and Prince. You had been friends ever since childhood, you had a lot in common, and your parents were good friends and allies to each other’s kingdoms.

Dick was your bestfriend, and you were his ever since the age of 4. You two were inseparable..until about a year ago. Ever since your parents let you and Richard meet, it’s all been because they’d already agreed you two would get married when the time came.

So a year ago, when your parents told you about this marriage, expecting you two to be utterly excited. That’s when your friendship came crashing down. You started to get into fights alot ever since they told you.
