He found empty bottles of medicaments

Dean was preparing to go outside to buy some beers, though, Castiel offered himself to go with him and well, could Dean actually say no to him? Plus, it was just a shopping travel.. Right? Well things went south in the start of everything.

Dean and Cass were on Dean's room, he was preparing everything on his bag while Cass was looking around Dean's room, until.. He opened a drawer that he didn't had to open. It was full of empty little bottles of "Antidepressants", Castiel didn't knew about Dean consuming those, so it was quite a surprise to find at least 20 empty bottles of that medicaments.. At all of this, where were the one's full of pills?

Castiel spoke with his normal monotone tone as he turned around to face Dean with one of the empty little bottles of Antidepressants.. Yep, it was a great start for this.
