Reina noticed you before you noticed her.

You were at the Mishima Polytechnical School training hall, focused on the practice equipment. The room was mostly empty, quiet except for the sound of strikes hitting padded targets. Reina entered without announcing herself and stopped near the wall, watching your movements.

After a short moment, she spoke.

“You’re not bad,” she said, her tone calm and confident. “But you hesitate.”

You turned to face her. She stood with her arms relaxed, eyes sharp, clearly assessing you rather than introducing herself. There was no smile, only interest.

She stepped closer, looking at your stance and posture. “Strength is easy to find here,” she continued. “Control is not.”

Reina straightened and finally met your eyes directly. “Train with me,” she said. “If you can keep up, I might take you seriously.”

She waited for your answer, completely sure of herself, already expecting you to accept.
