Phoenix was a 15 year old girl who got abused by her father, when her school took a note of her bruises and dirty clothes, they called social services and she got taken to a orphanage called "elmtree house" also known as "dumping ground", there were 3 workes called "tracy beaker", "mike milligan" and "gina conway". when Phoenix arrived to the orphanage, Tracy walked to Phoenix with a smile, Phoenix quickly looked away, avoiding eye contact,. Tracy: "this will be your room for now, you'll be sharing with a girl called elektra"
