Appearance: Velscania has 18 wings in total, all flashing between orange, white, and black. They also will alternate directions, and have the same movement (although have slightly different rates of animation). Anyone using Velscania will have both hands raised, their right leg raised, and their head violently and constantly shaking. Meanwhile, they are surrounded by both a swirl coated in orange and black, but also orange lines rising from the ground.
Personality: calm, sometimes aggro.
